Tiffany started working in real estate at 16 years old as a Post-Closing Specialist for a local title company. The owner trusted her at a very young age with an immense amount of responsibilities, which allowed her to become familiar with real estate transactions. She remains grateful for such an amazing opportunity that opened the door for what would become her lifetime career.
While attending college, Tiffany was offered a position with a local real estate firm. During her 7.5 years working there, she obtained her real estate license and quickly worked her way up to become the Transaction Coordinator Supervisor. During her time there, she supervised a team of 9 and was responsible for an average of 60-90 properties at a time. By handling up to 20 closings each month, she gained invaluable experience in writing contracts, negotiating, meeting deadlines, marketing, inspections, correcting title defects, and, most importantly, getting to closing as quickly and smoothly as possible.
In 2012, Tiffany joined another local realtor and together, they have sold over 550 homes and provided counsel to countless more clients.
